  • HOW DO I PURCHASE A DRESS FROM THASHREYA'S CLOTHING?
    All dresses are available online at http://thashreya-s-clothing.shopstar.co.za/. When you have decided which dress, size and/or colour will suit you best, click on the "Add to cart" button. You can click on the shopping trolley icon to view your order and make sure it is correct before proceeding to the checkout page. You will be given the total amount due, as well as instructions on how to pay. You can pay online or via eft.  You will also receive a confirmation email with all these details. Once you email us your payment details to 
    suriya.munchund@gmail.com, we will process your order and email you a tracking number.
     
  • WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
    Delivery in South Africa is R99 via overnight delivery.

     
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THASHREYA'S CLOTHING ACCEPT?
    We accept most plastic (Mastercard & Visa) as well as EFT and bank deposits.

     
  • WHERE DOES THASHREYA'S CLOTHING TO?
    All areas within South Africa.

     
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DRESS?

    Note that all the dresses are made to order. And can take 5 to 10 working days for the dress to be made. Delivery is via courier - Overnight if you are in a main centre or 2 to 4 working days.

    HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
  • After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the order, however, the order will only be processed once we have received your proof of payment. Please ensure that you send this to suriya.munchund@gmail.com as soon as possible to facilitate a speedy response.
     
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Yes! Your tracking number and all relevant details will be emailed to you as soon as the order has been dispatched. For Aramex deliveries, go to 
    www.aramex.co.za and type your tracking number on their home page. For Post Office deliveries, go to www.sapo.co.za or phone 0860 111 502 with your tracking number handy.
     
  • DO YOU HAVE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?
     We will gladly fix or replace any faulty dresses, but we will not cover damages caused by improper care or natural wear and tear.

     
  • HOW TO EXCHANGE MY DRESS?
    We will gladly fix any faulty dress,but will not cover damages caused by improper care or natural wear and tare.If you need to exchange/repair your dress, please send it back to our address. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair your dress at no charge. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of postage to us for returning any items. We will cover the delivery back. Please 
    contact us for the postal address.
